The environment employees are working in has an impact on the quality of their work, as well as their overall wellbeing. Some conflict is normal, a bit of friction is inevitable, and occasional tension is to be expected, but that doesn’t mean that things have to be toxic or unmanageable. This 1-2 hour training explores tools and tips to establish supportive boundaries and navigate common workplace issues so that your staff can thrive.
Intended for organizers and advocates who work within Black and Brown communities. This 3-hour workshop begins by defining anti-racism and anti-capitalism, as well as how to use them as a framework. From there, we spend the rest of our time together breaking down the three core aspects of relational organizing: engagement, cultivation, and turnout. Leave with a deeper understanding of the subject and tangible steps to organize within traditionally excluded communities.
Event Production + Development
Created specifically for BIPOC students and people early in their careers, this 6-week course covers how to create high-quality, engaging, and community-centered political events. Throughout the course, you will learn about coalition building, networking, event logistics and management, as well as how to build upon your successes.

Designed for people who host trainings in the political and/or advocacy space, this 3-hour professional development. Together we will explore how to create safer, dynamic, and honest spaces to facilitate change throughout the progressive space. This training will focus on training in the virtual and in-person arena.
