Through communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution, I consult mission-driven for-profit companies, nonprofit organizations, and Democratic campaigns on how to align their external values with their internal work environments.
Our work together begins with me communicating with your stakeholders (leadership, staff, board members, etc) to identify organizational pain points. From there, I take everything I’ve learned and synthesize the data gathered in order to provide a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis.
After this, we collaborate to determine priorities and move through conflict. Our time together concludes with me presenting you with a final road map to implement.
This process typically takes 3-6 months and starts at $6,000 depending on the scope of work. For an additional fee, clients can add on extra facilitation sessions, as well as accountability check-ins 1, 3, and/or 6 months after completing the process.
